Job Summary

The Director, Business Process Architecture is a critical subject matter expert within the GTM Transformation team, responsible for designing and optimizing end-to-end GTM workflows across the CRO organization.

Responsibilities

Process Design & Optimization

• Architect and document future-state GTM workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, with a strategic focus on the full customer lifecycle
• Identify friction points and inefficiencies in current-state processes and design solutions to address them
• Act as a customer lifecycle architect, ensuring process designs enhance both customer experience and seller effectiveness across each stage of the journey
