Job Summary

The Senior Director, GTM Strategy & Execution is a key member of the GTM Transformation leadership team, responsible for translating enterprise and CRO strategy into executable programs that drive measurable impact across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Channel.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess GTM challenges across CRO functions and geographies
• Design strategic solutions and transformation blueprints that align with CRO priorities and enterprise goals
• Translate strategic objectives into executable programs with clear milestones, KPIs, and delivery plans
