Our company seeks a Business Analyst with understanding of operational needs and active participation in Business Development and Consulting activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Analysis or a similar consulting role and a good understanding of ICT Solutions & Services.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Analyst role or similar consulting role
- Good understanding of ICT Solutions & Services
- Experience in CRM, AI, Omnichannel or Digital Platforms
- Ability to understand customer business & technical requirements
- Familiarity with Business Solutions and IT Management Solutions (CRM, BI, ECM, IT Governance, ADM, ITSM)
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
