As our Digital Marketing Operations Specialist, you will own and drive ESI’s company-wide marketing efforts, taking ownership of both the strategy and hands-on execution of our digital campaigns. This is a high-autonomy role where you will be the dedicated marketing professional for the organization, shaping how marketing supports our sales efforts and strengthens the customer experience.
Requirements
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives across a variety of digital and traditional channels
- Implement tailored B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to effectively engage both our wholesale and consumer audiences
- Build and maintain marketing automation flows within our platforms
- Maintain accurate and engaging product catalog and content listings across all e-commerce platforms
- Operate campaign and data utilization strategies within the marketing technology stack
- Conduct market research and regular competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and inform decision-making
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, providing insightful recommendations for improvement
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact, collaborating closely with all departments to identify, develop, and execute marketing tactics that support company-wide goals
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agency partners, coordinating the creation or delivery of digital marketing assets
