GTM Ops

Etched is a company specializing in AI hardware and ASICs, building chips for future compute needs. They are seeking a GTM Ops role to build the operational backbone of their go-to-market strategy, focusing on customer-facing efforts, product launches, and partnerships. This is a high-impact role requiring close collaboration with the Head of GTM and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup ops, GTM, strategy, or chief-of-staff roles
• Background or interest in AI infrastructure, deep tech, or semiconductors
• Ability to combine operational rigor with storytelling and customer intuition
• Comfort working across functions – product, engineering, sales
• Ability to analyze data and execute quickly
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data dashboards
