Responsibilities
- Partner with data science teams to size markets and products, identify opportunities, and measure ROI.
- Support the creation and regional execution of sales and account management playbooks.
- Define and enhance sales support systems and processes to meet rapid business growth and revenue objectives.
- Assist Supply leadership in evaluating team performance.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate in cross-functional projects as required.
Your Expertise
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
- Proven track record as a strong cross-functional business partner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including financial and business modeling.
- Ability to monitor metrics and derive actionable insights from dashboards and reporting tools to improve field productivity across the customer lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of go-to-market models, value drivers, and sales productivity frameworks.
- Experience executing regional and local market strategies and field productivity initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Professional work ethic with the ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace (GSuite).
- Advanced data analytics skills, including SQL, are required.
