Business Development Coordinator – Hospice – Lincoln/Lancaster County, NE and Surrounding Area

Eventide is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to promote its Senior Care Continuum by building strong internal and external relationships and meeting monthly referral targets.

Requirements

• Represent Eventide to community organizations, churches, chambers, and networking groups within the assigned region
• Drive community engagement, business development, and outreach initiatives to support Eventide’s mission and growth
• Meet referral and performance targets across Eventide service lines
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external referral partners
• Educate internal teams and external stakeholders across Eventide’s senior care continuum
• Represent Eventide through branding efforts, health fairs, sponsorships, presentations, and speaking engagements
• Meet regional metrics, maintain accurate documentation, reporting, timekeeping, and expense records per Eventide protocols
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, safety, and compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage workload effectively, participate in training and meetings, adapt to changing priorities, and take on additional duties as needed
