Events Manager

Wrike is looking for a strategic Events Manager to lead the end-to-end evolution of our global event portfolio. This role involves architecting experiences that convert, managing logistics, and ensuring high-performing lead-generation engines.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in event management, ideally within the B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software space.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-day conferences across different global regions (EMEA, AMER, APAC).
• Comfortable navigating event tech stacks (registration tools, virtual platforms) and CRM integrations (Salesforce/Marketo).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Effective at collaborating across time zones and ready to travel (~15%) to bring events to life.
