- Interest in product development, operations, or supply chain
- Structured, organized, and process-oriented work
- Good understanding of numbers and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and bring things to life
- Clear communication and comfort with external partners
- Hands-on approach and willingness to shape things
- Fluency in German and English
