We are recruiting a Head of Sales Operations & Performance to strengthen and expand our growth system. Your mission: simplify, strengthen and accelerate sales execution by orchestrating our processes, data and tools to help our teams win faster and better. Reporting to the Growth & Strategy function, you will play a key role in converting data into insights and insights into performance.

Main Missions:

  • Support sales teams by providing them with data, processes, tools and services to save them time and accelerate sales closure.
  • Transform data into insights for teams and individuals, and convert these insights into performance levers.
  • Maintain, communicate and improve the Sales Operating Model in cooperation with the group and Eviden Sales Enablement (including variable compensation in connection with Group HR).
  • Prepare the Top Line Budget & Forecast, by pooling data management to allow BUs to focus on closing plans.
  • Develop and improve sales analyses (offers, geographic areas, periods, recruitment, workforce…) to support sales efficiency.

Participation in transformation initiatives, including: Forecasting Methodology, CRM Improvement and Variable Compensation Policy Optimization (Sales C&B)

Required Profile:

  • Experience: minimum 10 years in Sales Operations or Sales Controlling.
  • Expertise: large organizations (GSI, service providers, software/hardware publishers).
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Organization and prioritization
  • Leadership and team management (direct and by influence)
  • Appetite for B2B and technology solutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication (senior management and sales force)
  • Ease of relationship in an international context
  • Languages: fluent English, ideally French and German.
  • Tools: CRM, automation tools, Data & AI, Microsoft Office suite.
