Requirements
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide technical support to customers
- Accurately update and document all account-related activities in internal systems
- Plan and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and events
- Conduct research and analysis of client feedback
- Identify and escalate process challenges and service issues
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, benchmarking against industry best practices
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Company’s products, services, and value propositions
- Acquire a strong understanding of client businesses and key stakeholders to maximise revenue opportunities
- Advise customers on the most effective ways to utilise products and solutions in line with their business needs and strategies
- Manage information flow and communication between key clients and internal teams
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue within managed accounts
