Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to take our high-performing marketing engine and build what comes next — intelligent systems and a growth function built to last.

Requirements

• 7+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing across B2B and B2C audiences
• demonstrated success building or scaling database marketing programs in high-growth technology, marketplace, or platform businesses
• 3+ years leading marketers directly, with demonstrated ability to coach ICs across demand generation and MarTech disciplines
• strong analytical skills and experience building attribution models, defining funnel metrics, and translating data into growth strategy
• experience managing marketing budgets with rigor, and making reallocation decisions based on performance data
• ability to speak to specific AI tools and their use cases
