Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Experience and Development Director and member of the Strategic Committee, you play a key role in commercial performance and network growth.
Structure and Analyze Revenue
- Lead the strategy for organic revenue growth
- Build decision-making dashboards in collaboration with FP&A
- Deploy commercial and operational priorities across the network, in coordination with marketing, business, and commercial departments
- Contribute to forecasting analyses and revenue objectives within the budget framework
Drive Network Performance
- Define strategic KPIs and monitor performance: pipeline, conversion rates, churn, market share
- Identify best practices, organize feedback sessions, and disseminate high-performing methods
- Implement targeted improvement action plans
- Lead network communication around commercial priorities
Manage Existing Partnerships
- Monitor revenue and margins in coordination with FP&A and accounting
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and coordinate actions with business departments
- Develop and deploy partnership optimization plans
Develop New Growth Drivers
- Evaluate new opportunities with business departments
- Build business plans and economic models
- Leverage procurement to identify partners
- Lead operational, legal, and commercial implementation of new offerings
Support Network Teams (200+ agencies)
- Manage regional teams and support managers
- Participate in regional management committees
- Support operational teams in implementing business priorities
Management
- Manage two performance coordinators, one energy project manager, and one partnerships manager
- Work closely with all Customer Experience and Development teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial performance in service industries, ideally within a multi-site network
- Ability to analyze, structure, and disseminate best practices
- Strong communication skills, pedagogy, and ability to support diverse teams
- Sensitivity to regulated sectors appreciated
- Bachelor’s degree +5 years, preferably from business or engineering school
- Federating leadership and ability to mobilize teams
- Customer focus and results-oriented mindset
- Strategic vision combined with strong operational pragmatism
- Exemplary behavior, humility, pedagogy, and team spirit
