flyExclusive is a dynamic and growing company seeking an MRO Sales Manager to provide internal sales support, collaborate with customers, and manage pricing agreements. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in customer support or MRO and a strong commitment to safety, service, and excellence.
Requirements
- Provide internal sales support to streamline MRO business processes
- Collaborate with internal and external customers, building quotes/estimates, invoices/credits technical inquiries and logistical details before customer input
- Manage all pricing agreements for MRO activities
- Assist in planning and scheduling for flyExclusive and internal/external customers
- Create customer sales orders, initiate work orders
- Maintain shop warranty claims are within company guidelines
- Report finding to management
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to promote and sell MRO services
- Quotes/Estimates/Pricing
- Maintain pricing policy and perform Price/Cost analysis
- Prepare the quotation for all MRO areas and deliver quotation
- Track status of customer quotes
- Coordinate RFP/RFQ process
- Coordinate initial billing for mx events prior to input.
- Create invoice/credits in compliance with pricing agreements
- Assist Accounting/Finance with invoice creation/follow-up
- Issue credits/debits as required
- Forecast/Scheduling/Planning
- Create and maintain harmonization of “Customer Interface” process between all MRO shops
- Support/Lead projects
- Align with and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Additional duties as the need arises
