Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer / Office Manager Downtown Houston

Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic company located in downtown Houston. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide top-level support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and efficiently manage office operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and expense reporting.
  • Serve as the point of contact between CRO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for the CRO and overall revenue department.
  • Plan and execute team meetings, offsites, and internal events for the revenue organization.
  • Coordinate and oversee office operations, including supplies, vendor management, mail distribution, and facilities support.
  • Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for employees and guests.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding activities including desk setup and IT coordination.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of executive assistant and/or office management experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in high-growth or technology companies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Located in the Houston area and able to work in the office full-time.
