The Sr. Analytics Consultant- Data Scientist will support the Product Engagement Booster by driving personalized member utilization, developing predictive models, and evaluating campaign effectiveness using experimental and causal methods.
Requirements
- Conduct population sizing and opportunity assessments
- Use GCP BigQuery to create scalable cohorts, metrics, and benchmarks
- Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks in Python
- Translate insights into campaign-ready hypotheses executable in platforms
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness using experimental and causal methods
- Own and prioritize the analytics/product backlog
- Define requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure insights translate into measurable business outcomes
