Senior Product Manager, Sales Enablement And Experience
Introduction to the Team
We’re building the next generation of sales enablement tools that power how our global, supplier‑facing sales and success teams help our partners grow their businesses on Expedia’s Marketplace. The Sales Enablement & Experience team sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Operations, delivering, automated workflows, intuitive internal tools, and insights that help sales reps run their book of business and tell the Expedia Group story with clarity and confidence to deliver results.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for these internal sales tools and experiences from discovery and journey mapping with the field, through launch, adoption, and ongoing measurement. You’ll partner closely with supplier‑facing sales teams to translate real‑world feedback into clear product requirements, automate their most critical workflows serving supply partners, and define the multi‑product roadmap that connects day‑to‑day execution to revenue and supplier outcomes. This highly visible role requires the ability to influence at all levels—aligning stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Design, and Data. You will shaping internal, AI‑enhanced experiences that scale our sales organization.
In This Role, You Will
- Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for internal sales tools and experiences, from discovery and journey mapping to launch, adoption, measurement, and deliberate feedback loops.
- Partner closely with supplier facing sales and customer success teams to automate their work serving our supply partners.
- Translate feedback from sales into clear product requirements, perform build vs buy evaluations and catalyze rapid, iterative delivery from pilot to scaled rollout.
- Influence at all levels—align stakeholders, drive decisions in ambiguity, and communicate clearly with distinct audiences from execs to engineers.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling B2B products, sales support tools, or internal tools or equivalent professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, data science or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
- Proven track record owning a multi-product roadmap, delivering, and partnering with Sales, account management, customer success, or Field enablement and building with Engineering, Design, and Machine Learning Scientists.
- Familiarity with ML/AI‑powered products and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise or mid‑market sales motions, and/or channel sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM and sales tooling ecosystems, for example: Allego, Salesforce HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Highspot.
- Experience with marketplaces, travel‑tech, or two‑sided platforms.
- Experience integrating third‑party software solutions.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
