Account Management Coordinator (Onsite for Customer)

Expeditors is a Fortune 500 Company that offers a range of logistic services, and is looking for an Account Management Coordinator to work in their Logistics Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Logistics and/or Customer Service, and be fluent in English.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous experience in Logistics and/or high volume Customer Service roles
• Fluent in English; Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication skills
• Self starter and is able to work in fast-paced environment
• Possesses a positive, can-do attitude
• Proficient with Windows and/or macOS
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Google Applications is a plus
