We are recruiting a Coordinator – Sales Operations to support our sales team and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in sales or customer service.
Requirements
- Take responsibility for inquiries from customers and support DSEs to secure business opportunities.
- Perform the best customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate service issues to Department Managers/ Supervisors.
- Monitor sales tasks and ensure the fulfillments.
- Responsible for Company system inputs and updates.
- Corporate and work with other branches related to any sales issues.
- Assist District Sales Manager in updating and monitoring business opportunities.
- Assist District Sales Manager in running Sales weekly meeting and take the minutes.
- Take up additional tasks as required meeting the Company’s need.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills.
