Join Expeditors as a District Sales Manager Denmark and lead the District Sales Program in Kastrup, Denmark. Develop and support the District Sales team to drive growth of products and services in Denmark, and foster strong collaboration with the global network of 250+ office locations.
Requirements
- Create and maintain the vision and strategy for the District Sales Program
- Assess market trends and communicate them to the District and Regional leadership teams
- Maintain an effective Marketing approach aligned with our branding guidelines
- Manage & Develop the Sales Department, 2 District Sales Executives
- Create and manage the Sales Department budget
- Meet regularly with prospective customers and current accounts to support development of new opportunities
- Support Sales Executives with business opportunities and help them close business
- Attend networking events and relevant industry events to promote Expeditors in the Danish market
- Ensure that the team is prepared to successfully transition all new business
- Create and manage career development plans for Sales Operations and Sales Executives
