Requirements
- Help run daily ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and cloud tools (e.g., AWS, SQL Server, Athena)
- Help troubleshoot data pipeline issues (e.g., job errors, missing data, or log checks)
- Support scheduled and ad-hoc data processing jobs, ensuring data is processed correctly
- Handle regular data imports, validations, and quality checks for datasets
- Help maintain data documentation and supporting governance processes
- Learn to work with data warehouse infrastructure and contribute to improvements
- Support maintaining SQL and Scala scripts, queries, and simple ETL tasks
- Work with the reporting/analytics team to ensure underlying data is accurate and up to date
- Resolve validation queries and perform data investigations
- Learn and contribute to agreement on data solutions across teams
- Contribute ideas and support proof-of-concept projects and new tools
- Learn and help evolve the data architecture for analytics, automation, and scalability
