Experian is seeking a New Business Sales Operations Specialist to join their UK Operations Team within the UK&I GTM. This role focuses on driving operational execution improvement, leading pipeline management, managing sales campaigns, and supporting the sales strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and support the annual sales planning process.
Requirements
- Experience in sales/revenue operations/strategy role.
- Experience using data-driven insights and metrics to improve sales performance.
- Knowledge of sales tech stack (CRM, CX, BI, Planning, Q2C, or E-signature elements).
- Familiar with market best practices around performance management, process enhancement, and pipeline management.
- Program Management experience is desired (professional PM qualifications a bonus).
