We’re seeking a People Operations Partner to build systems and processes from the ground up and genuinely care about the employee experience. You’ll lead our PEO exit, build our HR infrastructure, and serve as a trusted, knowledgeable partner to managers and employees across the business.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a people operations role, ideally at a growth-stage or mid-size company
- Hands-on experience administering FMLA, state leaves, and ADA accommodations end-to-end
- Strong working knowledge of federal employment law (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII) and multi-state compliance requirements
