Role Overview
Provide administrative and operational support across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Bids & Tenders activities in the Benelux region. Reporting to the General Manager Benelux, this role requires fluency in Dutch, French, and English, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach.
What You Will Do
Create and coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, digital campaigns, and social media activities. Manage daily pricing, bids, and tender activities across the Benelux region. Perform pricing analysis, maintenance, contract management, and pricing research activities.

Requirements
- Secondary school diploma in Office Management, Languages, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Up to 2 years of experience in administration, sales support, marketing, pricing, or tender management is considered an asset
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical capability
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
