As part of team or as individual contributor, drive and / or support complex opportunities within specialization, execute complex agreements for inception to conclusion, and lead negotiations with counterparties and Governments as appropriate.
Requirements
- Design key elements of agreements to manage commercial risk while maximizing value
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to define corporate external positions
- Create external influence plans and internal persuasive narratives to achieve mandates in support strategy implementation within specific tasks
- Identify key external networks and build appropriate relationships
