AI Engineer – Manager – AI GTM Engine Room

Join EY’s AI Go to Market (GTM) Engine Room as an AI Engineer – Manager. Lead experimentation, prototyping, and deployment of advanced AI and Generative AI solutions. Shape AI positioning across priority sectors and strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Lead the prototyping and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions supporting client pursuits and scalable sector offerings.
  • Architect and implement LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows, including multi-agent orchestration and advanced tool/function calling patterns.
  • Design and oversee data-driven architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Engineer scalable AI systems with embedded Responsible AI, governance and security controls.
  • Establish and embed MLOps and LLMOps practices including lifecycle management, experimentation tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases), monitoring and safe deployment.
  • Design and optimise data pipelines integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Select and implement vector database strategies alongside relational and NoSQL systems.
  • Deploy and optimise AI workloads across AWS, Azure or GCP using containerisation, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers within the Engine Room.
  • Evaluate emerging models, orchestration approaches and low-code platforms to continuously strengthen EY’s AI capability.
