Assistant Director – Regional Client Executive – Business Development – Riyadh

Join EY’s Business Development team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to drive growth, client relationship, and strategic pursuits in one or more priority sectors and key accounts under the Government and Infrastructure industry.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions and services at the C-level across Infrastructure, Government Programs, Tourism, Sports, Health, Education, and related sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
  • Expertise in account management, pipeline development, and opportunity creation within government and large-scale environments.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes, public sector procurement, proposals, and pursuit methodologies.
  • Ability to transform data into strategic insights.
  • Strong understanding of KSA market dynamics and transformation programs preferred.
  • Graduate or higher degree in business or a related field.
  • 10–15+ years of business development experience.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, strong relationships across key market stakeholders, managing multiple accounts, and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience in government-driven environments and multi-country exposure preferred.
  • Established network within priority sectors.
  • Saudi National (Preferably).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
