Job Title

The Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy is a key leadership role accountable for the development of programs to support and accelerate the sales strategy while driving operational excellence within the sales organization. This individual will lead a team and work directly with the Director of Sales Operations to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support the execution of the sales strategy. The Sr. Manager will proactively identify areas of opportunity within the business, propose actionable solutions and lead cross-functional project teams while executing on their own key projects all with the focus of accelerating sales growth. This position supports a fast moving sales organization and will require someone who is able to operate in a nimble yet thorough manner through implementation of short term solutions while more formal solutions are designed. Responsibilities include strategic planning, operational efficiency improvements, process governance and optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and performance metrics development and monitoring.

Requirements include 8-10 years of experience in sales operations or related roles with leadership experience, strong project management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a national cash compensation range of $164,000-$235,000, with final offers depending on experience and region.
