The Inside Sales Representative supports FABco’s product sales operations by managing customer orders, preparing quotes, and serving as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and timely responses.
- Process sales orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments (inventory, logistics, finance) to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pricing information in the CRM system.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Support outside sales representatives by providing product information, pricing, and order updates.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and company offerings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
