FairCom is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support and improve the sales operations. This role focuses on managing sales data, optimizing CRM systems (Hubspot), and providing strategic sales support. The specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to improve sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Requirements
- Help own the data integrity of Hubspot and other systems.
- Maintain accurate CRM databases and sales systems.
- Improve sales processes by creating/improving Hubspot workflows.
- Maintain and improve sales forecasting models, create dashboards.
- Collaborate with Account Owners during the renewal process.
- Assist in the onboarding of new sales representatives.
- Assist in the overall Sales pipeline and identify weaknesses.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline workflows.
