Fanatics is seeking a Loyalty GTM Manager to drive the growth and engagement of Fanatics ONE, a loyalty program connecting fans across all their brands. This role will focus on the entire customer journey, supporting launch of programs, enhancing member engagement, and tracking performance to optimize campaigns. The manager will be a key link between brand, product, and customer feedback, ensuring a consistent and holistic experience for fans.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in loyalty marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building alignment across diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
