The Role:
As our Revenue Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and aligning the processes, systems, and data that power our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer, you will enhance operational efficiency, ensure our strategies are data-driven, and empower teams with actionable insights that drive growth and elevate the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations. You understand the mechanics of Go to Market functions and have worked closely with marketing, partnerships or customer teams to optimize processes, systems and data.
- Deep expertise in GTM processes using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. Configuring workflows, automating tasks, troubleshooting and integrating the platform with other tools is second nature to you.
- Skilled in managing diverse stakeholder relationships, balance priorities, and clearly communicate initiatives across teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Lifecycle Visibility. Develop and maintain a 360-degree view of the customer journey by integrating data from multiple sources and ensuring a consistent, unbiased dataset.
- Process Optimisation. Identify and remove friction points in GTM operations, streamlining workflows so teams can focus on what they do best.
- Cross-Team Collaboration. Foster strong relationships across Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams, ensuring seamless communication and data sharing to align initiatives with company goals.
- Data-Driven Insights. Generate reports, dashboards, and benchmarking data to guide decision-making, identify new opportunities, and assess the impact of ongoing initiatives.
- Sales Enablement & GTM Efficiency. Identify bottlenecks in our end-to-end GTM processes, recommend tools/resources, and implement strategies to improve close rates and accelerate sales velocity.
