Growth Operations Manager

We are looking for a Growth Operations Manager to help shape the future of entertainment at Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role will involve designing, implementing, and improving processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management
  • Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation
  • Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance
  • Hands-on mindset: able to move from strategy to execution quickly
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging them for operational efficiency
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
