Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in similar roles
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Data Analytics; experience in People Analytics is a plus!
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization
  • Curious, problem-solving approach—always looking for ways to improve processes and unlock insights
  • Great communication and storytelling skills
  • Fluent in English
