We’re looking for a People Operations Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team and help shape our talent strategy and employee experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics and a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and simplify workflows.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in similar roles
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in Data Analytics; experience in People Analytics is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization
- Curious, problem-solving approach
- Great communication and storytelling skills
- Fluent in English
