Associate II – Multilateral and Bilateral Partnerships

FHI 360 is seeking an Associate II, Multilateral and Bilateral Partnerships to support the growth of the organization’s partnerships with multilateral institutions and non-US bilateral agencies. The Associate plays a key role in supporting account strategy, business development, and partner engagement across a portfolio of high-priority funders.

Requirements

  • Conduct research on multilateral and bilateral agencies, prospects, opportunity pipelines, and funder trends to inform account strategies and pipeline development.
  • Develop funder profiles, briefing notes, and landscape analyses to support partner engagement and opportunity identification.
  • Coordinate preparation for partner meetings and engagements, including scheduling, briefing materials, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist funder account teams with tracking relationship activity, priorities, and progress against strategic goals.
  • Contribute to the development of high quality, client-facing materials, including pitch decks, partnership concepts, and proposal inputs.
  • Support opportunity tracking and movement through the business development lifecycle, from early engagement through award, in coordination with internal teams.
