AvePoint is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to support the onboarding and ongoing development of quota-carrying sales professionals across the EMEA region. The role will involve coaching, upskilling, and activating field teams, as well as contributing to the quarterly execution of the global enablement strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in L&D, sales enablement, field readiness, or sales leadership (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Coaching and quota-carrying sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven success designing and delivering onboarding and coaching programs
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills; able to engage all organizational levels
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, GTM, Product, and L&D teams
- Familiar with enablement tools and L&D trends; AI literacy is a plus
