Marketing Operations

Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners specifically within cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG. The company is based in San Francisco, CA, but is remote-first, allowing employees to work from anywhere. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will focus on the North American market and work closely with the Sales team to optimize the execution, tracking, and reporting of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a B2B SaaS Marketing Ops role in a small to medium company that is scaling.
  • Proven experience building marketing campaign assets (emails, forms, landing pages, lists) and workflows in HubSpot as a Marketing Operations professional.
  • Proficiency in all areas of HubSpot at the Enterprise level (Marketing Hub Enterprise, CRM Hub Enterprise, and Operations Hub).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, advanced data analysis, and dashboarding skills.
  • Strong command for using AI tools (LLMs, copilots, low-code/no-code AI platforms) as part of your daily workflow.
  • Experience with Clay, N8N, Apollo.io, Influ2, Monday.com and others.
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solver, with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
