Ensures proper reporting, documentation, and review to determine that a loan is an acceptable risk. Participates in various community affairs and projects to promote the image of the bank.
Requirements
- Manage the sales process in a specific geographic marketing area
- Maintains primary relationship contact for a portfolio of existing customers
- Identifies and facilitates the cross-selling effort of all the bank’s services
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Meet or exceed goals stated in compensation plan document
