The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility in the power and energy market.
Requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies for retail electricity supply or power generation services.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, collaterals) to support brand positioning and lead generation.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market coverage.
- Ensure compliance with ERC, DOE, and IEMOP regulations, particularly in marketing, contracting, and account transitions (e.g., RCOA switching).
