The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing business opportunities in Metro Manila. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and promoting the hotel’s services and facilities to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Metro Manila market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client and property requirements.
