We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Communications Specialist on the team, you will be working across numerous platforms to present a cohesive company voice and message. You will be implementing marketing strategies, tracking campaign objectives, and keeping up to date with marketing trends and competitor innovations.

Requirements

  • Work across numerous platforms to fulfill the goals and objectives laid out for the marketing team
  • Managing, planning, and scheduling company specific social media content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Track marketing campaign progress and objectives by monitoring performance metrics, trends, and engagement
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the message and vision of the company are being communicated properly
  • Oversee our graphic design department (3 person team)
  • Collaborate with the team to develop fresh design concepts that align with company goals
  • Assist with planning and/or attending company events, tradeshows, or conferences, as needed
