Evelyn Partners is seeking a Client Administrator to provide full administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, preparing and processing client documentation, and supporting the financial planning team in various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • National 5 (N5) Grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Previous client administrative experience in financial services
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Understanding of financial planning and wealth management processes/products
