Job Title: Revenue Operations Specialist – Colorado Springs (On-Site)

Our client, a purpose-driven organization is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join their on-site team in Colorado Springs. This role reports to the CEO and works closely with executive and departmental leadership to build, maintain, and improve the systems and processes powering sales, marketing, and customer success.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Work Environment: On-site

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000

Responsibilities

  • Build dashboards and performance reports in Power BI and Salesforce
  • Manage data accuracy and workflows across Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Support Gong reporting and insights usage
  • Assist with forecasting and pipeline analysis
  • Deliver reporting to leadership and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in RevOps, Business/Data Analytics, or similar fields
  • Hands-on with Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets; interest in Power BI, Gong, HubSpot
  • Strong detail orientation and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, analytics, or a related area
