We are looking for a sharp, highly organized, and proactive Sales Operations & Support Associate to join our NYC team. This is a utility role designed for someone who thrives on variety and wants to be at the center of a fast-moving, global fintech sales organization.

Requirements

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can draft a professional email and represent the team externally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Self-starter who thrives in a small-team, fast-paced environment and takes ownership without being micromanaged
