Finch is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to build the operational backbone of their go-to-market engine, ensuring systems, data, and processes run smoothly. The role involves mastering infrastructure, building dashboards, managing integrations, and contributing to strategic planning to shape the RevOps function. It will be a hands-on position requiring a highly analytical and strategic mindset.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Systems roles
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration, reporting, and GTM automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Data structure with AI tools such as Clay
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
