The Role: Sales Operations Manager (w/m/d) – Berlin (hybrid)
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be part of the team that forms the backbone of our sales organization. You are responsible for optimizing our CRM (HubSpot), automating processes, and ensuring that data, tools, and workflows empower our sales and partner management teams to work efficiently and scale sustainably. You work at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and development. Your task is to translate business requirements into solutions and continuously improve our way of working.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Ownership: You take responsibility for our HubSpot CRM, including continuous optimization through automations, improved data quality, and tailored system configuration in close collaboration with Product, Business Intelligence, and Development.
- Process Optimization: Together with the team, you shape sales and partner management processes, document and improve them continuously to increase efficiency and transparency.
- Automation & Tools: You quickly identify recurring tasks and automate them using tools like Zapier, Heyflow, or FastBill to make workflows smarter.
- Tool Landscape Management: You keep our tool landscape in view, evaluate existing systems, and ensure everything is seamlessly integrated and matches our business requirements.
- CRM Support & Point of Contact: As the primary point of contact for CRM matters, you support the sales and partner teams in their daily work and help resolve technical or process obstacles quickly.
- Understanding Complex Business Requirements: You translate complex requirements from the business into clear workflows, automations, and structures in the CRM.
- Reporting & Insights: By creating reports and dashboards, you support data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with other teams to conceptualize and successfully implement new sales processes, funnels, and lead routing systems.
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role—ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and solid knowledge of automation tools like Zapier, HeyFlow, etc.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python would be a plus, but more important is your strong analytical mindset.
- You are agile and can juggle multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- With your problem-solving skills, you don’t shy away from implementing things directly.
- Fluent German and English.
