FinQuery is a leading accounting automation company seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a global team of Sales Development Representatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-performing outbound SDR teams, designing and executing outbound prospecting strategies, and driving individual and team accountability to defined targets.
Requirements
- Manage a global team of 7-8 Sales Development Representatives
- Conduct hiring, performance management, and development conversations
- Deliver consistent, data-driven 1:1 coaching
- Track and report on SQL volume, pipeline generated, SDR quota attainment, conversion rates, activity levels, and new hire ramp time
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to drive outbound effectiveness and team performance
