We are looking for a new colleague who has experience running marketing operations for a B2B tech company to help us operate efficiently and scale. Join us and help us build the most remarkable marketing practice in trade finance.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategy and planning. You’ll support revenue generation strategy development by supplying metrics and insights, suggesting and monitoring performance targets, planning execution and deciding tactics.
  • Own marketing processes. You’ll be identifying, designing, mapping, implementing, managing and optimising the execution of marketing and revenue generation processes to create a solid foundation for scaling.
  • Improve internal software usage. You’ll be monitoring the usage of marketing and business development software and leading onboarding, training and coaching initiatives to ensure its adoption by teammates.
  • Manage databases and data pipelines. You’ll be ensuring our data are correctly input, synchronised and up to date so we can advertise, communicate and report performance metrics efficiently.
  • Provide marketing support. You’ll be receiving marketing-related requests from cross-department teammates and managing their delegation or execution.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing or revenue operations experience at a B2B tech company providing software solutions to midcap/enterprise-level customers
  • Previous experience with mapping, optimising and assuring compliance with processes and standard operating procedures
  • Previous experience and good track record with onboarding and training teammates
  • Analytical thinker able to get to the bottom of complex issues, draft, test and optimise solutions while taking care of the day-to-day operative tasks and responsibilities
  • Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with key stakeholders and getting deliverables from 3rd parties on time
  • Bias towards action with an ability to drive results near term as well as the ability to zoom out and connect the day-to-day work to our larger mission

Who You’ll Work With

In this role, you’ll be reporting to the CMO. You will work closely with the marketing and business development departments on a daily basis. Broader initiatives and projects will bring you together with all the heads of departments and our external partners.
