Your Role
You will be our first hire in Go-to-Market – this means: You lay the foundation for our growth strategy and implement it operationally.
Together with the founding team, you develop and own initiatives across our three GTM pillars:
- Spears: Outbound enterprise sales in our ICP segment, account-based strategies, and strategic partnerships
- Seeds: Nurturing existing customer relationships, referrals (word of mouth), and expansion
- Nets: Inbound marketing, content, events, and brand building
You not only build concepts but also execute them hands-on – from initial idea through implementation to measurable impact. Your work significantly determines how we expand our customer base, how we are perceived in the market – and how fast we grow.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle: generate, qualify, and close customers in our ICP segment – from start to finish
- Systematically document customer successes and translate them into GTM materials
- Conceive and implement a referral program (landing pages, incentives, follow-ups)
- Set up and expand multi-media content strategy (SEO/blog, videos, social, etc.)
- Conceive and conduct online events (e.g., webinars, roundtables) and offline events
- Initiate media partnerships for brand building (podcasts, magazines, industry news)
- Indirect sales strategy: identify potential partners, conceive partner program, activate and manage
- Build our growth team together with the founding team
Your Qualifications
- You are an early adopter of AI and enthusiastic about its potential.
- You communicate clearly and confidently – in German and English, both written and spoken.
- You have first experience building or scaling companies – whether in a startup environment or with your own projects (ideally in a growth phase).
- You bring a strong sense for customers and entrepreneurial thinking to recognize problems, pain points, and needs of different companies.
- You have already led initiatives independently from start to finish – and are genuinely excited to do it again.
- You are a true team player and work well with different stakeholders.
- You want to build your commercial career on a strong product understanding.
- Plus point: You bring solid technical basic understanding.
